Yingfa Group originated in the electronics industry. After more than three decades of experience accumulation and technological innovation, through the integration and planning of assets and resources, it has established a stable and comprehensive R & D, production, and sales model, winning the support and trust of numerous domestic and foreign customers.  

In 2009, to adapt to market changes, Yingfa Group carried out asset and resource integration. It formed a strategic layout with Shanghai Shengchang Tianhua Electronics Co., Ltd. as the procurement and R & D center and Anhui Yingfa Electronics Co., Ltd. as the production and processing base, dramatically enhancing its market competitiveness.

Photovoltaic Cell

Yingfa's Photovoltaic Cell Division, led by Yingfa Ruineng (founded in 2016), is a global leader in new energy high-tech. Specializing in R&D, production, and sales of photovoltaic cells, the company ranks among the world's top photovoltaic enterprises through continuous technological innovation and manufacturing excellence. It has won numerous accolades, including the National Specialized and Sophisticated "Little Giant" Enterprise, National High-Tech Enterprise, and GEI China Unicorn Enterprise. Focused on N-type TOPCon and BC cell technologies, Yingfa is driving industry transformation. Its N-type TOPCon cells have achieved a conversion efficiency exceeding 27.02%, with global shipments ranking third in 2024. In industrial chain integration, its monocrystalline silicon rod project received special support from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for high-quality development, and its cell products are certified by French Carbon Footprint and German TÜV Süd, underscoring its global competitiveness.

Photovoltaic Power Plant

The 300MW Fishery-Solar Complementary Photovoltaic Project of Tianchang Huahui Photovoltaic Power Co., Ltd. is located in Hekou Village, Jiepai Community, Renhe Town, Tianchang City, Anhui Province. The project is registered with a total capacity of 300MW, to be constructed in three phases: 80MW for Phase I, 70MW for Phase II, and 150MW for Phase III. 

For Phases I and II, a new 110KV substation named Hekou Photovoltaic Power Station will be built, with an installed capacity of approximately 150MW and a total investment of about 600 million yuan. After completion, the power station is expected to generate an average annual electricity output of about 165 million kWh, which can reduce standard coal consumption by about 50,000 tons per year, cut carbon dioxide emissions by about 130,000 tons per year, and decrease sulfur dioxide emissions by about 5,000 tons per year, thus yielding excellent environmental and social benefits.

Industrial Operations

Yingfa's industrial operations segment includes two main business services: park development and park operations, with Shanghai Shangying Property Management Co., Ltd. serving as the operational entity.  

Established in 2021, Shanghai Shangying Property Management Co., Ltd. currently has a professional property management and operations team of over 100 people, with 30% having more than 10 years of relevant work experience. The company has set up three subsidiaries in Shanghai, Nanjing, and Tianchang, managing 8 park properties with a total operational property volume of 300,000 square meters.
